We are grateful to Kira Halpern for helping us sell my aunt’s home, since my wife and I live in New Jersey. Kira procured competent tradespeople, a local company that set up an estate sale, various inspections, and all the while giving sage and realistic advice. She was knowledgeable about the real estate landscape around my aunt’s area, including some of the quirky geological zoning and regulations.
