Bio
There’s a reason: I know what I’m doing.
My innate people skills and keen eye for detail were honed during five years as editor of The East Bay Monthly and then co-owner of Grand Times, a magazine for active retirees. In that capacity I interviewed and wrote cover stories on senior celebrities. I’ve also written and aired numerous “Perspectives” essays on KQED radio. As a Regents’ Scholar, graduating Phi Beta Kappa from UC Berkeley, my entire professional life is built on a facility for gleaning important information and communicating clearly.
I’ve been an East Bay resident for thirty-four years, joining Winkler Real Estate Group in 2012. Since then I’ve helped clients on both sides of the transaction and I’m humbled by their feedback. They tell me I have an uncanny ability to keep everyone reassured while concurrently being a strong negotiator. Whether you’re a buyer or seller, I identify your priorities, protect your interests and persist towards your goal. I’m tenacious and honest. I guide you through every phase of the transaction.
The greatest leaps are made when you step out of your comfort zone.
People who reach their goals against all odds inspire me. So it’s no surprise I’m simultaneously working on several goals. In addition to working as a Realtor, I am a writer, athlete (think sprint triathlons and swims in the Bay!), and community volunteer. When not busy with clients, keyboard, or swim goggles, I can be found hiking with my husband and our dog, Harley, and missing our two sons who are busy adulting outside of California.
I love the working environment at Winkler Real Estate Group because it’s like a family, in all the best ways.
